All Mechanical parts are only covered for manufacturing defects. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact myUDAAN's customer service team within the warranty period. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to proceed.

In no event shall myUDAAN be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Check the packaging carefully as soon as you receive the goods. If the product is visibly damaged, you have the option to refuse it and contact us promptly. We will only accept claims for shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery.
